Worst injury while working on truck/car.

Post a pic if you got em. But what was the worst injury/injuries while working on a car/truck? Any creativity with bandages, EX. duct tape, glue, etc....

Myself, slipped wrench on clutch and hit block with right pointer, 10 stitches to seal it up.

Sliced hand wide open when i got aggrivated with a thin shim when doing gears. Super Glue!

Was an idiot and jacked the rear of the truck up on a slope without chalking the wheels up and the truck started rolling and pushing me backwards. Big gashes on my knees from where it was dragging me on them

Jeeezz My mechanic has been blown up in a carb backfire. Steamed by a radiator and numerous other events. He wont weld a thing now. He will still use Oxy acetylene though. That crap scares the crap out of me.

was beating a balljoint out with a mini 10 lbs. sledge. i hit the ball joint and it flipped, then it hit my hand. bled for a minute and then held it under the parts washer. couldn't feel my hand for what felt like an hour.

I've been bashed, cut, burnt, bruised. My hands are just a little scarred.

installing an overhead monitor in a 08 Envoy last year 6 miles on the odo. headliners are very rigid and hard to cut. I changed the blade in my razor and thought to myself "I hope I don't cut myself with this fresh blade." first cut, slipped out and almost gashed the back of the front seat. second cut I moved my lefty up a little bit to help keep from going into the seat, righty slipped and bam! right into my left index finger, all the way to the bone. Good thing is that i didn't get even a single drop of blood on the light tan interior.

I know what you mean. After 5+ years of doing car stereo I have scars on top of scars. all over my hands and up and down my forearms.

Poked a hole through my nasal septum with a pocket screwdriver.

Got hit in the face and knocked silly by full length Cadillac exhaust system that sent me for stitches.

Broke my hand when it got stuck in an engine hoist.

    I'll think some more.
