I finally got a chance to tear the rearend down, more damage than I thought, lol.
Just waiting on the posi to show up and then I'll finish the rebuild.

I'm going with a 3.73 gear set and unfortunately, the same posi unit, supposedly the Yukon unit from Randy's RP is the strongest piece out, while still keeping drivability. I had to keep in mind I drive this thing everyday, so I couldn't do a locker. If this blows, I'll have a bigger unit built. No more 6psi launches in the 6K lb sled, lol.
