    new times

went out to the 1/8 last wed. traction was awesome, no lines, great competition, but the weather SUCKED haha. by the time i swapped on my track tires and lost the gate my pants and shirt were literally drenched with sweatthen they make me put that damn helmet onanyways it went 8.25@83.1x in the eighth. the DA was 1790. 60' still isnt where i want it but it was getting better with every run. 1.82 is all i could muster before they shut down the lanes. the higher i would stall it the better it would launch. 2000 rpm is where i left off. i wanted to go 23-24oo and see what happened. oh well.

Look here. By this method, Stew is set to do a 13.07 1/4 mile time, but I know his truck is faster than that. In a few months when it cools down and the air gets a little more dry, I can bet he will be pushing high 12.8's...

that calculator is off. going from each calculation:

    60' says i go...........13.09
    330 says i go..........13.25
    1/8 says i go...........13.07
    1/8 mph says i go.....12.96

from looking at the fastest truck list over on PT.net i figure its an extreemly high 12. look at wkdivr and goatchs (rank # 111 and 112) their 60' times are right around mine 1/8 times right around mine, mph right around mine so i figure my 1/4 times aughta be right around mine...hopefully hahahaha.

dammit i want to get to the track, i have no idea what i could run, and i havent run down the 1/4 mile in almost 3 years, and that was a front wheel drive 5-speed. i want to take all three vehicles to see what they could run.

i know its just a shot in the dark but does anyone have any idea what my silvy could run. after racing that cayenne turbo i was guessing high 13's but it seems like people without FI are running low 13's so i'd be happy with low 13's but my truck is heavy, but it sure dont feel heavy with the procharger crammin air in her
