the aftermarket OD units for those are too expensive (IMO). if you can find one that no one wants, fine, but to pay &#036;1500 - &#036;2000 for an OD add-on is insane (to me).

the th375 was given a bad rap... i liked them for 1/8th mile tracks. lighter the th400
&#036;2700 (retail) &#036;1900-2300 (web) for the gear vendor kit. holds 2000hp+, holds revs of 12000rpm+
youll have more than that in a 80/85e to hold those numbers... plus a 1200 TH400
and no wires&#33;&#33; well except the overdrive solenoid and kick-down solenoid...
