i was driving to work today, when all of a sudden the motor started surging really bad, and eventually stalled on me. after trying to start it, it would start but then eventually stall a few seconds after. what could this be?
SOUNDS LIKE A CLOGGED FUEL FILTER. MINE DID THAT ONCE AND THAT WAS WHAT IT WAS. THIS IS JUST MY GUESS. HAVE SOMEONE DO A SCAN ON IT TO SEE THE TROUBLE CODES.

First thing to check is the fuel pressure. I think it's supposed to be 15 lbs on the throttle body engines. Chances are most likely that your fuel pump is dying a slow agonizing death.
