Well guys, a club I'm in called FuelSlut in Orlando took it upon themselves to search for a Bullitt Mustang that was tolen recenty and found it! The owner of the mustang wasn't even a part of the site or club, but the stolen mustang report was posted by another one of our members who thought we could help. This just goes to show that with help from friends and other car guys, your missing car story can have a happy ending! Here's the thread on it:

It's a pretty long thread and they have links to the Bullitt site where it was first reported and the Bullitt owners started a fund to help repair my friends cars that were damaged in the recovery of the Mustang!!

F man. That was a long read...I read pages 1-9 then skipped to 14 where they started talking about getting the car back. Congrats to the guys over at FuelSlut for all of their hard work to get that car back. They have great commradery on that site. I am sure that if something like that happened to one of us, we would come together just like they did. I hope that guy's Bullit wasn't damaged that bad. That was one sweet car. I hate the Blue Oval, but I feel for that guy...

Yeah, I wish we could have had that kind of success when my 92 was stolen.

I hate to admit it, but I love those Bullitt Mustangs... And I think I have an issue of Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords with that car as a feature.
