best run was a 14.7 @94 MPH. sucks but o well, bad track one tire fire and 3:23's will do that to u. maybe this coming fall and winter i can break 12's with gears and posi and possibly stall?

Yeah, that has to be one of the worst tracks I've ever been at. Get the convertor, posi and gears in there and you'll feel much better. Go to a real track next time, that place sucks. Even an 1/8mile track would be better if they do good track preparation.
