Which cam to get

Hey guys I was gonna probably order a cam for my truck. I got a 05 4.8l reg cab short box and I dont know what to go with. And I dont know if I need anything else like springs, lifters, pushrods, rockers? I know ill have to get it tuned.

Any cam more aggressive than stock needs hardened pushrods and any lift greater than around .530 needs springs like the CompCams 26918-16 that are good up to .600" lift. I would replace the stock springs with at least some LS6 springs if it's a low lift cam just so it can handle the RPM. LS6 springs are cheap from SDPC2000.com for a complete set, they used to sell the set for about $60.
