Thanks for your help guys. My problem was the radiator cap wasn't letting the water flow into the res. so I took the little plunger off the cap so the water flows into the res. like the stock 5.3 setup. It runs about 190 now thanks again Red and bad c10. You both have helped me out alot on my project. Danny
