Hi, I'm from Elmira, NY. I have a 2000 Silverado with the 4.3 motor and a 5 speed transmission. I'm going to be swapping the 4.3 out for the 6.0. If anybody has done this or knows about this, please send some pointers my way. Thanks! Tim.
2000 Silverado RCSB 6.0 swap, 5 speed, Nelson Tune, Pacesetter LT's, no cats, 228r cam, CAI, 3.08 gears (3.73's install this winter hopefully).

Holy crap, what a coincidence! I grew up in Elmira and my parents still live there. In fact we're flying into Elmira Friday to see them.

No, I didn't bother. The guy sent my cam out sooner than expected (due here today) and I'll be dropping the truck off Thursday and picking it up Monday, so it didn't make a lot of sense to do the relearn with only a couple of days of driving.
