If you're in litigation and they do anything, even talk to you in a threatening tone, they will lose 100% and be locked up until their court date. Courts don't mess around with that stuff anymore. Retalitory violence is listed somewhere under the laws of organized crime. I believe it's covered under the RICO Act.
