one bar sensors cover from about 15" of vacuum to 0, normal for standard engines. Two bar sensors cover from 15" of vacuum to 15 lbs of pressure, typical for a supercharged/turbo'd vehicle.

    http://www.injector.com/sensors.php

    follow that link to examples of 1 bar, 2 bar and 3 bar. 1 bar isn't designed for boosted applications. 2 bar is.

    Just cover the bumper air inlets with duct tape and see what happens. If it does the same thing it's either the PCM or something else entirely.

    then it won't get any air - that's my only source at the moment

    Oh. Now that I think about it, can you un-duct tape the port to the fender so it pulls it from there--like back to stock?

    Too much trouble. It would be easier to just pull the vent pipe off leaving me a 4" hole in the bottom of the airbox.

    Yeah...runs from the two tow hook areas straight into the bottom of the stock air box.

    REd,

    1bar=Atmosferic pressure Right.

    Probably I have a lot of issues, but can think that as many air that a RAMair could get into the intake manifold, can PASS the atmosferic pressure if ur not pushing it....

    And I have a 7PSI above, and Still have no use for a 2bar sensor, I know I need it, but also know from HPtuners forum, that I can Live without it at 8PSI

    Timming is pulling out by heat somewhere.........could it be soaking heat from the Home made Ram....?

    I'm sure you guys understand my frustration level - there have been about 187 solutions and possibilities offered.

    Like I said, I'll pull the air duct and see what that does. And if that doesn't do the trick, maybe the next tune will fix it.

    What time? I need to check my tranny mount before I go. Probably 7:30-8:00 before I can get there.
