I know from a SBC to BBC it's around 180lbs. I would think it's gotta be, around 100-150lb. differents with an LS1. And that's on the front wheels where you don't need it. And I've seen three F-body cars with over 700hp and the blocks hold up, BUT I don't know how long.

I'd go with and ls1 with ls6 heads, good cam and mild porting-- you'd be over 430hp at least..
