Well, I tried to warn you!

Hi, all- I'm not new to trucks, or engine mods, but I've been away from gasoline tech for a while now. Spent the LSx years playing with diesels until now.

So now, having made the switch back to engines with spark plugs, I've got a lot of catching up to do. At this time the only performance mod is one of Allen's tunes, which made me real happy.
Future plans are for some exhaust work and probably a cam. Likely won't go too far with it, since this truck has to be a reliable tow vehicle. We do a lot of cross country travel with a fifth wheel, so I can't sacrifice reliability to get more power.

I've got the HP tuners suite on the way this week, and I'm looking forward to working with Allen on fine tuning the truck. Everybody needs some kind of hobby, and the truck is one of mine. I'm an electrical engineer by training and a manager by day. Spent some years programming industrial controllers, so I'm enthused to have a vehicle with a user programmable controller.

Other interests are outdoors and ORV's. Toy #2 these days is a Yamaha Rhino.

    Thanks for listening.
