Some A-hole pulled out in front of me, and I got stopped about 1' away from hitting him, but the guy behind me didn't stop in time. Nobody was hurt, but his little car was. He drove a Huynai TiburonGTv6, it was a pretty nice car, before. He seemed like a nice enough guy, but I think he was going a little fast, because he slid about 55' in a 35mph.

The mud flap had rubbed through the 3M tape under it, and there was just a touch of rust underneath of it, so that's a plus. I am having my body man paint the bed cover while it's off, also. It just sucks, because I should be getting my wheels back from the powdercoater next week, and I was exited about that.

Well look on the bright side, you got TWO new things going on the truck. The painted bed cover, and the new wheels. Plus you did society a favor by taking another piece of dirty rice off the streets

I'm having em leave off the 4x4 on the bed at $35 each, and chevrolet off the tailgate $50 (for striping soon), but he is still charging them for it, and knocking that off the painting of the bed cover. In the end it will cost me $65 to get the cover painted, and their taking it off and putting it back on, which would have cost $450.

Yes it does suck. I wash it 1-2 times a week, I hand wax it 3 times a year, I won't let the dogs ride in it, I park way out in parking lots, which gets me bitched at by the wife, and then some kid rams into it. And of coarse it happens when I finally get serious about fixing it up the way I want.
