Just got the fuddle in yesterday, its a 2800. I sure does drive nice. I drove all the way from Austin to waco, no problems. Went aorund town today, no problems. Got back on the highway to go to work and It wouldnt lock up and my check engine light was on. I noticed that it wouldnt shift down to first when I was at a stop sign, and it wont lock up. My retune hasnt arrived for my TC so is this a tune issue? I hooked my MT2500 snap on computer up to it and the code was 1&2 shift cylinoid was stuck. Cleared the code and now its running fine. So is this a tune issue and it will be corrected when I get my retune?

Actually more like a 3400 since it flashes to that, get the code deleted, it is caused by the computer thinking the engine is reving too fast since the Fuddle is ALOT looser then stocker. Imagine how its going to run with 10#s of boost.

might as well throw a 80e in it if u go boosted. if u dont want to lay down cash for a fully rebuilt tranny, dont go boosted.

That same topic has been discussed so many times. Your tuner needs to compensate for the convertor or you'll be blowing the tranny up before long. I had Allen disable the codes that check for transmission slippage and no more problems. Your tuner should be able to do the same thing.

explain to me how u plan to run 10lbs of boost consistently on a stock high compression motor??? 6lbs-8lbs maybe but 10lbs on a stock high comp engine uve got to be joking. also must think about tranny wear and a few other things. my point is if u are going to go boosted, prepare ur truck before u do because if not u can run into many problems that are well documented within the boards. i may be an idiot, but as u found out things tend to break when u dont plan ahead when dealing with power.

So according to your theory, my truck with the H.O l33 5.3l, should have puked out its guts after its first run, last Oct. in San Antonio!?!? hmmmm
