Can you get someone from HPT to download you a base automatic trans file to load in and see if it fixes it? BTW, do you have 12v to the transmission? It should be 12v off of the brake pedal and when you press the brake it shuts the voltage off to the transmission to release the clutch on the torque convertor. Is your wiring harness from a 4L60e vehicle or a 4L80e? Check the wiring at the connector on the transmission. If you have it wired wrong it's not going to work and may burn some things up inside.

The truck had a 4l60e in it (sold that one and bought a new one).. I had the harness done by Allen, and told him it was for an automatic.. I had the tranny installed at a professional shop.. I think it might be something in the tune but I will check the voltage thing.. Thanks for the help..
