Up, a little less wind resistance plus if something bad were to happen your window would work as a net to keep you and body parts inside the truck. We never believe bad things can happen to us but sometimes things happen beyond our control.

I'd be incredibly surprised to find out that your door windows would do anything beyond shower you with glass if something really bad happened. If I was going to drag, I think I'd go with either an actual window net (if I had a cage) or open-cockpit style arm restraints (without a cage). Absent both, the windows would be down.Up, a little less wind resistance plus if something bad were to happen your window would work as a net to keep you and body parts inside the truck.
