    I guess I should have looked even closer but what about coils, etc? I don&#39;t need the efi stuff since I&#39;m using a carb but I do need coils. Accessories are no big deal either since I&#39;ll probably build my own brackets and run a manual box.
    speed never killed anyone...it&#39;s that damned sudden stop at the other end.......

    That tranny is wourth &#036;900 at least. I just had to buy a core 80e for a cust. for &#036;1000. That was the cheapest I could find. I buy 6.0L cores every week the long block as a core is wourth about &#036;450. More if its a good runner.

    Dustin, you should have bought the core at BishopAuto. They get &#036;850 for 4L80E cores plus they sell re-man convertors for a very good price, if all you need is a stocker.

    We nomarly do, I don&#39;t know why we didn&#39;t buy there. Maybe Billy didn&#39;t want to drive that far OR maybe they where short.

    the 80e is only worth about 500.00 I pay 500 for cores.

    Same mileage on motor and trans. Comes with coils. I can separate if i can sell both motor and trans at same time. It came from a running wrecked truck.

    ok this seems like a good deal, but i think im gonna just go witha 5.3 harness and a built 60e. thanks for all ur help tho TTT for a steal of a deal.

    I&#39;d still love to have that 6.0 but don&#39;t ned the trans. I still have this 5.3 here that needs to go away as well....then i have to work the transport issues....but dammit it&#39;s a 6.0&#33;&#33;
