I want to use the 200hp shot on my motor. I sprayed 3 times, but with the platinum plug and probably a lean tune.

Add that a almost like water oil, and the result was a cap busted.

What was ur problem with the Nitrous? I know the bottom end can hold it and have forged pistons and use only race gas when using NOS (110+oct), but is there a tune issue.

I have a wet ZEX system.

Have a walbro replacement pump in the tank and a Wlabro aux in line that Allen send me, have 42 injectors.

Check the presure at wot and check on 52-53psi all the time.

From what I have been told, the walbro pump is good to 550 HP. If you're building more than that with the HP of the engine plus the desired amount of boost you need a larger pump to provide more fuel for both devices or a seperate pump just for the spray. That is what I am going to do next after replacing the the LSD unit. I want about a 2 gallon fuel cell and a inline fuel pump with it's own corvette fuel pressure regulated fuel filter feeding a consistant 58 lbs of fuel pressure to the nitrous kit fuel line. What happened to mine was I tried to make more HP than my fuel pump could keep up with. Definitely get a fuel pressure safety switch on that thing so that if you go under the desired pressure the nitrous will shut off. No need holing out another piston or burning the tips off the spark plugs because you're lean. Get the correct plugs, too. I had NGK TR6s when mine died but I still didn't have the FPSS or an RPM window switch installed. For what it's worth, one gallon of fuel is approximately 6" x 6" x 6" in volume if I remember correctly.

Don't forget to retard the timing back 2 degrees for every 50 shot of juice.

I have the Exact cross over on ur NGK TR-6 now, but in champ, thanks to the reference cross over you send me.

About the engine making more than 550HP I doubt it. My guess is between 380-420hp most at the crank!!!!!

By Allen instructions, I'll be testing from 100HP shot with a Fuel pressure gauge and the AEM WB O2 and then climb up as we succed with the tune.

Where can I buy that presure sensor to turn of the NOS?

If you make 420 HP at the crank and then want another 200 HP from the Nitrous, that's 620 HP fuel required from the 550 hp fuel pump. Hello lean burn and rebuild number 2?

You have the choice of running the current pump to power the engine and add a new pump and fuel source for the nitrous or just add a bigger pump. The Walbros are only 255 litres per hour, not much. The GS340 they sell pumps only 255 LPH, also. I can't remember the larger pumps Billy uses. They're a little more expensive but bigger = better = more money.

How much is that Walbro pump and where is a good place to get it? How muck N20 can the stock pistons take safely? I have a TNT Power Ring that I'm thinking about using on my 5.3L Silverado. Thanks

Allen sells Walbros at NelsonPerformance.com or you may shop around. Be sure you get one that will work for your application. Do you need a factory replacement unit or an external inline pump?

Guys run 150HP shots religiously on the stock pistons but they've got their systems dialed in perfectly. If you run that much, be sure to install all the right parts, pieces and safety devices and controllers. You cannot be cheap on a nitrous kit unless you like rebuilding engines. To do it correctly you're going to spend at least $1000 on all the stuff you'll need for a wet kit.

I can get a walbro in line just as the one that NElson sold me here.

I decided to go with the separate fuel system for the 200 NOS

Remember that I have a Walbro replacement in tank AND a Walbro In line in the zone of the fuel filter.

How much Pressure pump do I need t the new pump for the separete NOS set up?
