The accessories are the only thing you may have problems with. The rest is a bolt in item. LS2s are no different than the LS1 other than knock sensors being external and the cam sensor on the front cover. The intake is larger internally and a larger throttle body. You'll need the electronic throttle pedal to go with it unless you convert over to a cable pull TB. That will be a nice setup in my opinion.
