Those sound like the exact gains of those Granatelli wires. I would have to call BS on that one.

why dont you do this. Take an ohm tester and test your wires. When i test mine tested out at .8 ohms. Dont waster your money on wires. I highly doubt that your wires are your bottle neck
2004 EXC Silverado 6.2L
Mods:
6.2L L92, Ported and Polished stage 3 heads, 95mm Throttle Body, 100mm MAF, NA, Pacesetter LT Headers, Magnaflow X-Pipe Muffler, Electric Fans, 160* thermostat, 2" Drop Shackles, Hellwig Sway Bars Front and Rear, Monroe Reflex Shocks, NGK Spark Plugs, AMW Oil Catch Can, 17"x10" wheels on Kuhmo Tires.
One of my wires is torn, so i'm going to have to buy new ones. So, i should just go with the MSD?? Just curious, when my truck shifts to the 3rd gear, it sometimes backfires, could this be the problem?? BTW, this only happens in tow/haul mode.

If it is torn, then I would replace it/them.
