I am running Manley dual springs with titanium retainers. They are staying for the new cam since it's going to be over .600 lift. Comp 918s aren't big enough for this cam. Billy at TRTTURBO can get you a nice set of Patriot Performance high lift springs for a very good price.
You'll need 7.4" long hardened pushrods for pretty much any comp cam.

Is this too big a cam for the stock 5.3 with 6psi? I have the nelson tune, but the truck is my daily driver so i dont want to overkill it with too big a cam and i dont have a stall converter yet.
