Can provide belts for additional cost of the belts. I don't include incase you have larger alternator, prefer certain belt brand, etc.

How much raw material area is between the belts? Is there enough to machine another V groove for the A/C?

Nope,I never looked at the LS1 pulleys. I just went to their website and there's plenty of meat to machine on them. It looks like they're tack welded together so I might have to get one from you. I'll pm you later. Thanks
