those tips were 2 3/4" tips and they were a little on the small side i think you would get more of a rumble with the 3" tips

The aerochambers came in today. I hadnt seen one off of a truck until today, those things are pretty much flow-thru, I dont know why they call them chambered. I cant wait.

3" tips will look good. The 2 3/4" tips were i bit on the small side cause i was thinking that they might be too big with three inch tips.
If im not mistaken the aero chambers have sort of an expansion chamber in them but are generaly straight through.

Post a sound clip when your done cause i want to hear it.

I gotta get my exhaust fixed! Now the internal baffles in my beat up mufflers are rattling. you cant really hear it when the truck is running but when you close the door it sounds like a broken exhaust hanger is rattling but there are no broken hangers!

Its pissing me off! Its time to rebuild my exhaust as well but i think im going out the back this time.

I was going to go with true duals as well, but ill have to wait untill September for that.

My plan was to use some magnaflow 4" round 14" long mufflers and some 2 3/4" tips out the rear but this time the tips will look the right diameter and they will be long enough so that you dont see the welds. Also i will be dropping my truck 2" in the rear so it will make it harder to see where the exhaust tubes are routed outside the frame. Ill have to post a pic of my old trucks exhaust.
