Ducky, the maf can be removed with SD tuning, you basically tune from the map sensor only.
It's working out so great, the truck will pull effortlessly to 110 and beyond and hold a perfect a/f ratio and more importantly it doesn't surge anymore. I never really dug into why it was surging before because I knew I was going this route.

Ya Tim, I think it will actually get quicker with some 4.10's and pull just as well through the gears and load the turbo just fine. Those 3.42's and tall tires aren't enough, too doggy off the line.
I'll be increasing the boost before I get the 4.10's but I think it would do a mid 13 with 4.10's. I'm sure it will be there with 8psi.
My goal is mid 12's with great drivability and good mileage.
