    There is a sketch on here somewhere that shows you how to make the plates out of 1/4" plate steel. It has all the dimensions, too.

    I&#39;m not really seeing how that would help?? Where does that bolt to? I must be missing something very obvious. I thought those were used in the OBS trucks?

    the mounts are to adapt a gen III engine where a sbc style motor mount was used.

    Check the photos out to see if that helps. Think about the mounts pointing towards the rear instead of the front.

    I just noticed that they are reversed. Jeff, did your truck have a V6 in it originally?

    Yeah, Hooker makes them, too. You can make a set using maybe &#036;5 worth of materials and about 4 hours of labor.
