I'm going with the Yank 2600. The primary reason, besides price, was the towing capacity. I didn't feel like putting out the 5 bills for the Fuddle AND a cooler to tow the boat around. From what I have researched, the Fuddles are almost bullet-proof and the customer service and warranty seems pretty good. If I didn't tow then thats what I'd get.
'02 Silverado Z-71, STS Turbo @ 10psi, TRT Custom FMIC, Comp 222/218/115 cam, Patriot Gold Dual Springs, Hardened Push Rods, 60# injectors, 160 Thermo, FAL E-Fans, Nelson Harness, Yank 2600, Built Rock On VacMod 60E Transmission,Walbro 255 fuel pump, ASP Underdrive pulleys, Gibson Shorty Headers all polished up with a Nelson Street Tune

Thanks Spin.

As of right now, I'm planning on a Fuddle 3000. I don't tow and only haul stuff in the bed occasionally.

Although there are some used Vig 3200's available. Kind of nervous about a used converter though.

Anyone ever get a used one and have good results?

Think a 3200 would be too much for a daily driver?

Depends on how tight the convertor is. Mine was made to spin up quickly. I think that is something to do with the STR. I don't know what mine is but it's pretty loose. There are a lot of factors that go into a convertor and I believe that if you go with the Fuddle you will be happy with the results since they build it for your truck and it's built for your needs. The guys at Vig would probably have a cow to know their 3600 stall is in a DD truck.

Yeah, I'm not real keen on the idea of a used converter. I'm 99% decided on the Fuddle. No 100%. No 99%.

Anyone ever see/use one of these?

After seeing the radix SS in chevy high perf. make countless passes on a Vigilante verter, i was sold, Yes it is pricey but its also a high quality heavy duty piece. i only wanted to do it once. I love the drivability and performance i get from it. I think that 2800 is perfect, id love to try a 3000 sometime, but im not sure how it would affect drivability if any, i can tow all day long and my wife cant tell there's a stall in it till she boots it down!! BTW watch out for some of the used vgilante's for sale as they might only be for the car setup and might not have the triple disc clutch setup youd want in your heavier truck.
