PLEASE HELP...AGAIN!

Ok went to work on the swap again today, and ran into nothing but headaches. Does anyone know the difference in motor mounts on my 4.3 and like an lq4??? my motor mounts are horizontal on my truck, and the ones on the engine are vertical, so does anyone know of an adapter that is made, or do i have to fabricate new ones? any info as always would be appreciated. thanks guys!

I've never worked on a NBS truck so bear with me....do the mounts going to the crossmember bolt onto it? If so, you should be able to buy the V8 mounts from a salvage yard or the dealer.

Im the one helping him with the install. They arent bolted on the crossmember, they are welded to the frame&#33; It seems like its gonna be a nightmare, The 6.0 mounts are the same as the 5.3 and 4.8. Many people have made theses swaps before so there has to be someway to do it without taking a torch to it, right?

no updates, im gonna try to call tomorrow and find some shit on this, but this has been the biggest pain in the ass ever&#33; no one knows, or no ones willing to help so i guess we&#39;ll see what happens&#33; anyways if anyone knows anything please post if not cool&#33;
