In order to hit that safely you will need in the neighborhood of 400rwhp NA and 15lbs of boost. You will most likely want stronger pistons and rods. The stock crank is more than sufficient. If you run stock rods you will run the risk of bending a rod. If your goal was more along the lines of 600rwhp that would be a different story. Can you make 800rwhp on stock pistons and rods. Absolutely! You will want a very good tune and methanol injection.

You don't need a 6.0 for 800hp, grab a 4.8 feed it 20lbs of boost all stock and bam 800hp lol. Back to your question if you can get a 05+ 6.0 LQ4, a cam and some good springs you will be good to go. A lot of motors been in the 800 range with stock internals lately its just easier with the bigger motors.
