Travis, I was out showing face everywhere and walked up and had no idea this was going on.
Freddy made his decision, he's the owner.
Why back you up, it's not up to me; the decision was made before I even knew what was going on.
    I can't reverse any decision; i host a race; i don't run the lights, i don't run the track.

If it makes you feel better, blame it on me.

Xcessive won both last year; that's for your other comment in another post.

    All these "what if's" jeeez!

Freddy gave you the opp to run again and again; To run the class over.
It was a technical mistake with the guy running them and the light setting.

IF, you would have taken the race again and ran, and not thrown a fit , you would have won.

Nothing was set up, no gimmicks, it was a mistake with the light and Freddy admitted it.
Gave everyone an opportunity to run again to wipe the slate clean.

    --

You did good out there, take it for what it's worth and enjoy it.

I understand that you aren't calling the shots out at the track. Enough said about that. I don't blame you at all.

As for Freddy "giving me an opp to run again" and to "wipe the slate clean".....I saw no need. I had already eliminated one of the competitors that was to re-run (they did not mess up our lights). And then to bring in a replacement truck for one that broke mid-competition is just ridiculous....and I told Freddy that we had no problem running the luv truck for a final. But I guess he just doesn't understand racing.......just ask the guys that have hot checks from him for winning races that he promoted. He never made good on that either. The guy is a scumbag. Bringing back competitors that lost legitimately and mid-round class fillers is not cleaning the slate.

I didn't throw a fit, I voiced my opinion and decided not to run to make a statement. I'm one of those guys that doesn't believe in giving the last place little league team a trophy to make the kids feel better. Bottom line is: A competition is a competition and rules are rules......to break them cause someone got their feelings hurt does nothing to improve a sport and only takes away from encouraging the drive to succeed.

In my eyes, I didn't need to re-run this race to prove that I won it.
A drag race isn't just about quickest et's. It is also a war of attrition. While it is impressive to go quick, it is equally impressive to be able to do it over and over again while other competitors breakdown. Freddy doesn't believe in the second part of that statement and as such, will never be a first rate race promoter or track manager. Matter of fact....I had heard that SAR was in financial distress, threatening to close down and/or go up for sale. Being that he is the HNIC, that falls on him. But in his eyes, I'm sure it is someone else's fault.

However, you're already talking bs and the truck is on jack stands, lol.
Get it on the track, run some respectable times, then say "to all the haterz" because that vid is weak lol.
You got a long ways to go to compete with the turbos!

Go turbo and be done with it.

This race is an all out free for all on the rules.. I didn't build my truck to race back half conversion trucks .. What happen to a fastest LS truck class ? Every year there are S10s and now a luv truck thrown into the mix along with pre 99 conversion trucks with LS engines. Less and less of the actual 99+ full size trucks Even worst part to me is the lack of respect shown when two people have been waiting to run for years (one running his mouth) the other working forward on his ... And an excuse of " I didn't bring my truck" ?!? There are people that drove 12-15 hours and your truck is 30 min from the track and you don't bring it ? This should be the LS1 truck show and shine ! At the race track with no times shown . Other then I see some guys that have been around a long time this event you call a race is a waste to even bring my stuff. These turn into the "buddy" rules or customers has this event ...

What exactly did you build a 440" motor with twin 88's on alcohol with a 7.50 cage to race then?

That's what I'm getting at. Why are you complaining about somebody bringing a lightweight truck to race?

I think he was referring to farmtruc showing up without his ride. The procharged truck was there and ready to run but nobody else showed up....

lmao, casey comes out from under the rock after the raceday.

you don't sponsor, you don't race, you don't do crap; and you complain about the raceday, hahahah, omg what a joke.

from past experience i know you and i can go back and forth forever, but i've learned you're right every time and it's impossible to deal with you.
it's because you're a little psycho; or your brain is fk'd from all the meth.

if you don't contribute in anyway, stfu!

    were you there?

there were plenty of low 9 sec trucks there. if you were there you would have seen it.
unfortunately most of them broke; which is expected in most cases.

my truck was ready, developed an issue; instead of fixing my truck i thought it was important to get three other trucks ready.
this ain't about me bringing one truck to the race; it's a gathering and the more trucks the better.

    it was a great turnout!
a lot of variety, lots of fast trucks and a good time.
