need to get piece of broken dipstick out. HELP

My middle son has been using my Denali for the last few months. I got it from him today to get the oil changed and give it a much needed bath. Come to find out that some how the dipstick was about half way out. And the tip is broken off. The piece is stuck in the tube.
Anyone have any idea how to get the piece out???

how do you know its stuck in the tube and not in the pan?? anyway, just take the tube off the motor and shove a pipe cleaner or something similar until it comes out....

Well the dipstick doesn't go all the way down, seems like some blockage in the tube.
