Thread: need help asap DBW-DBC conversion

    It came out of a Tahoe, it was the higher end one fully loaded it has dbw. I'm really not makin this stuff up lol. I know my pcm works I looked it up on lt1 swap its a 411 computer and I compared computer boards so I know that it will work and need flash I just want to know how to convert it.

    if you already have a dbw harness, find a tac module and pedal. swap with someone who has a dbc harness.
    or find the male-end connectors for throttle position and idle air control; and wire in with the diagram lextech gave ^

    I only have harness, and I have a dbc TB that was givin to me. So id need dbw TB pedal and tac. Thats more money than I wanna spend just for that when could be used for something else.

    Jeff, so I'll have to do is cut plugs of the dbw harness for throttle body add the wires you have shown with new plugs and I should be good

    The DBW only has 2 wires going to the PCM. The rest of the wires in the DBW T/B connector go to the TAC Module (If I remember correctly). So, you need to run 7 wires from the PCM to the IAC and TPS.

    yes sorry for delay been busy, and yes makes question is answered. Went junk yard and git the connectors I needed for the tps and iac and will wire in soon.
