Fresh oil in there?? Or any oil at all?

Change the oil, my 4.8 has 400K+ on it and right around 4-4500 miles my motor make funky noises. I put in some fresh juice and a new filter and it runs like a top for another 4-4.5K miles with no sounds at all.


.................PS: Put some hose clamps on the heater core lines coming off of the water pump
