    If it ain't broke don't fix it..... A 6L90 I would think would hold up to low boost and daily driving? Could be seriously wrong though leave some TM in the tune to keep from banging the gears to hard and it should last a little while at least until you have the funds to get a built one I saw a 5th gen Camaro with a TVS and was running a stock tranny

    Most likely he doesn't have a 6L90. If he has a 6speed it's a 6L80 which is stout has few upgrades availible, but not great in a very powerful truck. (see silver sleeper) He may very well have a 4L60e which will get destroyed quick and should be built ASAP.
