As long as you maintain the fuel pressure you can regulate it almost anywhere. The return just bleeds off the extra unused fuel to maintain a constant pressure.

OK I think I understand now. The fuel system makes a complete circuit so regardless where you bleed off the excess pressure the entire system will not be allowed to exceed the pressure set by the regulator. Wow the tard can actually be taught&#33;
