Did you check the fuel pressure at the fuel line? Are you sure you have enough pressure to get past the regulator?

Now explain to me how this is supposed to work, fuel pressure to a regulator, then to injectors, then return to the tank? Shouldn't it be fuel pump to rail, to injectors, to regulator, excess back to tank. Are you sure you don't have the fuel lines reversed?
