N/M Just got word he is NOT going to be there this year due to some Family issues.

we will see how things work out, i may be there. especially now that I have found out there are some people talking some mad trash on some other forums.

I dont know too many of you guys, but the ones that do know me know that I dont talk trash . I have not said shit to anyone about " no competition" and " no fast trucks in the south". I dont talk shit, I like to go fast and have fun doing it. I could care less who wins, im there for the experience. I dont know where any of that came from. The only trash talking that I have ever done that involved one of these races was with spike and the fact that he does not drive his own truck.

i build my own stuff, its a lot of stock parts and junk, if you want to get bragging rights over beating some junk, lets do it.

Yall dont forget about the faster truck that will be there with his inline 6 cylinder putting the smack down on all of us!

It doesn't matter if it was you or your crew giving you a bad rep, regarding the bs talkin. It's generally agreed upon that the attitude coming from your area is...
At least you have a quick truck to back up the smack talk.
And the fact that other truck owners know about your truck means you're doing a good job.

You do have a couple things going against you that you won't every get away from, you're running a non-LS1 and ppl will call your truck a car. That won't change.
But who cares, come on down and run it, there should be a few trucks that'll make that sonoma run all out, or at least beat you if you make a mistake.
Call your setup what you want, but there's no need to call it junk; that sounds like an excuse and a way out if you lose a race.
