You can drill your stock flexplate out to work with the th350 converter or you can buy a 98 ls1 flexplate bc it has extra holes that will work. I think I paid $60 for mine. If you do this you will also need to run a crank spacer. Not sure if that would be a cheaper route then just buying a stall that has been setup with the ls1 bolt pattern and longer snout. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(bud8fan @ Apr 26 2006, 11:32 AM) </div>what do you guys think about a tc for the truck....forged 5.3 w/ t70 front mount turbo, fmic, cam, need stall for the 350 turbo tranny to a ls1 flywheel bolt pattern...any sugestions

Before you get that TH350 installed, get a transbrake! If you're expecting to make any boost off the line, you'll need it! The stock brakes suck, even slightly upgraded ones. The transbrake will hold that truck until boost builds, the brakes won't.
TC, how about a 3200? I went with a 3600-+stall, but the engine is a bit more and the power band is higher.
These trucks are light, so a 3200stall doesn't hurt anything.
good luck,
allen
