I had a "baby" 224 in my LS1 Z28 and it ripped!!!! I rolled up a couple auto MS3 guys on the street I think that cam will be great and also why the hell do you have 8 ply tires on a half ton? Lol anyways good luck any direction you go and keep us dreamers posted!
