Camburg Racing has an upper control arm as well.

I personally would go with the Mazzulla, I am just more of a fan of the boxed style arms over the tubular. And you are correct, ReadyLift bought the rights to Blitzkriegs bolt on upper arms, steering, and bumpers. But with the boxed arms usually comes with a little larger price tag.
Coilovers, you have King, Fox, Camburg/Sway-Away, and Icon. I am a larger fan of the Kings just because they have a remote resevoir for a little extra oil. Helps keep them cooler a little longer and any possible shock fade. But I doubt you will be able to heat them up enough to tell. King also has a large selection of colors you can have them anodized instead of the standard "King Blue".
Also, just read your PM about wheels. You should be fine with the stock wheels with just arms and coilovers. If you were to eventaully do, lets say a 4" CST spindle, you would have to get a wheel with a different offset
Thank you! Not planning on 100mph trips through the desert, lol. Just looking for a good front suspension package that will give me 2-3" of lift so I can clear my tires or maybe a 295. Mainly used for trails and camping trips. The leveling kit works great, just looking for something better.
Any of the companies above will be able to get the job done for you then. The replacement coilvers accompanied with an upper control arm is a day and night difference.
If you do however go with King, ask for Kellan and tell him that Ryan Morrison referred you
