No, it won't fit correctly. You need to swap all of the accessories over from your truck including the oil pan. Then follow Allen's other tips.Originally Posted by 5speedsilverado

You are over thinking this too much, you need to look for a LS3 that is a long block with intake. If you are looking for big power though for the price of the LS3 you could easily build a motor, save money and avoid the headaches of changing all the sensors.
