Is the tac module to pedal harness length sensitive??

I'm trying to finish up my c10 lq4/4l80e swap. the truck idles and revs in park fine. every time I put it in gear it dies and throws u0107. I've switched out the tac module and actuator from an identical truck. same problem. I've checked every wire for continuity, all is good. I did however, leg then the harness between the pedal and tac module. could this be sensitive to length and cause the reference voltage to get screwed up?

mines lengthened, it's ok. Check all your grounds. Triple check them, that's the cause of 0107 90% of the time

this may sound dumb, but my grounds are on the cab, not the block. this shouldn't hurt correct? and the harness has 2 grounds rite?

Uhm, stock harness, grounds are on the back of block, one on each side (TAC is sensitive to d/s ground) and another one way down on the bottom of the block, drivers side. And they should be grounded to the engine.
