I have never heard bad things about any of the brands mentioned. Be sure and get an amp with enough power to push said component system, your aftermarket deck just won't be enough (for best sound quality).

Just make sure your amp rms output matches the power handling of your speakers. Example. A pair of four speakers that can handle 75w rms each need a four channel amp that pushes 75w rms per channel.
Brand is personal preference for the most part. Pay the most attention to the rms power. Sony xplod amps are labelled with their max wattage, rms on a 1000w Sony xplod amp is only about 200-300 watts. A Rockford Fosgate power 500.1 actually pushes 650-750 watts rms. In other words, don't fall for the gimmick, research and buy a good amp. I like Rockford punch and power amps because they are powerful, efficient, and leave a small footprint.
