This is the exact one I have in my truck http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TRG-7-2P/ The description is not quite right on the site. As long as you have the 4l60 it will fit. "Most performance feeling mod" I think I did.

That's how mine is. Replace the stock air tube with aluminum pipe and cut the front of the box. I like that it looks stock.

Not saying there's anything wrong with Allen's tunes, but there's guys just as good, that are much more local. So no mail order back and forth b/s

I like your thinking canada4g63 and afsp1211, thats a cool intake idea.

Frenchy, who are the tuners that would be local to our location ?

http://www.championmotors.ca/ Not THAT local to you, but they're great guys. Do damn good work. Expensive though, $500 for a full dyno and street tune, freebies after. They held the fastest IRS 'Vette record for a couple years. There was a problem with the DBW system in my truck after I did the V8 swap. I pulled my hair out for weeks chasing it, the truck even went to a GM dealer, they promptly told me to get it off the property. But yeah these guys fixed it and fine tuned it on the dyno in an afternoon.
