you would have to retain the factory AC activation circuit (which would come from the truck side, may or may not use the factory ECU in a way you need.. example bumping up idle) I'm no expert here as I'm deleting AC in my swap since its already non-functional anyway), the gauges run off of sensors that can be re-used from the factory engine without needing the ECU. You will need physical adapters in order to connect them to the block though.
