    Lmao^ you heard bout the new bath salt drug?! Its called the zombie drug because a guy on it ate a grown homeless mans face off! No joke!

    This week, the Marine Corps Times published an article claiming that bath salt abuse among members of the US military was on the rise. Navy Lt. George Loeffler, chief psychiatry resident at Naval Medical Center San Diego, says that not only is the drug “so popular in the military,” but that “They actually market it to the fact that that they don’t pop positive on the standard urine drug screen.”

    Last month, however, the now infamous encounter between a homeless man and a suspected bath salt user reignited discussion of the drug. On May 26, a 31-year-old man stripped a homeless person naked under a highway overpass and attempted to eat his victim’s face for minutes until police shot the suspect dead — but not before he devoured three-fourths of his fleshy feast. Officers investigating the Miami, Florida incident say that they believe bath salt use could have played a role, and less than a month after that episode, similar accounts have been reported: police say that, across the US, there have been no fewer than three incidents since late May where persons high on bath salts tried to literally eat other humans.

    is this your cutting diet? i'm trying to cut for the first time (not a bodybuilder just a fatass) and i'm not losing any weight on a 2000-2200 cal diet. i dont know wtf i'm doing wrong lol. i can kick some p90x ass but i'm still a tub of shit haha.

    What KINDS of food are you eating that consist of 2200 calories? and how often are you eating?

    liquid egg whites, chicken brest, tilapia, salmon, steak, broccoli, oatmeal, peanutbutter sammiches on wheat, brown rice, whey...stuff like that. i'm 5'10 at 193. dropped from 225lbs but cant seem to get the last bit of body fat off. i'd like to get down to 180 or so.

    Ur doin something good 5'10" frame with 10-12% body fat is 210. Im at 200 right now myself trying to bulk to 220 then get down to 210! Your diets good so is his. So i say maybe buy a suana belt and go mow your yard.

    i drank a shit ton of beer last night and the scale showed a 1lb loss. i found a new diet!

    Well guys I had a good time and I brought home a trophy. I didn't get first but I did get 4th in the novice heavy weight class. There was 15 guys in that class so I think I did pretty good for only training for a month.
    I don't have pics from the show yet but here is a pic my girl snapped before I left for the show
