What kind of foods do you eat right now?
Do you do cardio? or work out legs?

For cardio, usually after my work out I will either jog, run on the treadmill, or do the stair stepper for an hour. But yea i work out ever muscle group I possible can. But it's spread out through out the week. Monday is chest and triceps. Tuesday is legs and back then on wed i do biceps and foreams thurs is just cardio an abs then fri i start all over again.And as far as gaining weight, back in the day I took that cell tech crap it made me gain weight like crazy! Here is my current diet-
Meal one- 5oz lean read meat, 2/3 cup oats, 8 egg whites
Meal two- 2 scoops protein powder, 10 raw almonds
Meal three- 10oz chicken, 2 cups of greens
Meal four- another protein shake
Meal five- 10oz of any lean meat, and a salad
Meal six- 16oz of fatty fish and a salad

What KINDS of food are you eating that consist of 2200 calories? and how often are you eating?
liquid egg whites, chicken brest, tilapia, salmon, steak, broccoli, oatmeal, peanutbutter sammiches on wheat, brown rice, whey...stuff like that. i'm 5'10 at 193. dropped from 225lbs but cant seem to get the last bit of body fat off. i'd like to get down to 180 or so.

Russian bear is a good weight gainer, i dont use as suggested only use on days i lift. One scoop with 12 ounces or water pre-workout.
Aminofuel is also good for amino acids before and after.
Tribuloid is good test booster also on that.
Hgc(human growth complex) great test booster too.
Optiman multivitamin
And dymatize elite protein.
Op what is your height, weight, and body fat? Any leg shots? You look like a lean 185. Good job and good luck! Im workin for 210 amd 10-12% body fat myself not for show tho just personal goals. Do you sauna belt when you cardio? I have been and sweat amount went up 100% and leaned out fast.
