    Lol ... Hey since you body build what's a good weight gainer ? I have that Amp from GNC but I'm only a whopping 130 lbs lol I eat like I'm stoned and don't gain crap btw Goodluck

    What kind of foods do you eat right now?

    Do you do cardio? or work out legs?

    For cardio, usually after my work out I will either jog, run on the treadmill, or do the stair stepper for an hour. But yea i work out ever muscle group I possible can. But it's spread out through out the week. Monday is chest and triceps. Tuesday is legs and back then on wed i do biceps and foreams thurs is just cardio an abs then fri i start all over again.And as far as gaining weight, back in the day I took that cell tech crap it made me gain weight like crazy! Here is my current diet-
    Meal one- 5oz lean read meat, 2/3 cup oats, 8 egg whites
    Meal two- 2 scoops protein powder, 10 raw almonds
    Meal three- 10oz chicken, 2 cups of greens
    Meal four- another protein shake
    Meal five- 10oz of any lean meat, and a salad
    Meal six- 16oz of fatty fish and a salad

    is this your cutting diet? i'm trying to cut for the first time (not a bodybuilder just a fatass) and i'm not losing any weight on a 2000-2200 cal diet. i dont know wtf i'm doing wrong lol. i can kick some p90x ass but i'm still a tub of shit haha.

    What KINDS of food are you eating that consist of 2200 calories? and how often are you eating?

    liquid egg whites, chicken brest, tilapia, salmon, steak, broccoli, oatmeal, peanutbutter sammiches on wheat, brown rice, whey...stuff like that. i'm 5'10 at 193. dropped from 225lbs but cant seem to get the last bit of body fat off. i'd like to get down to 180 or so.

    Ur doin something good 5'10" frame with 10-12% body fat is 210. Im at 200 right now myself trying to bulk to 220 then get down to 210! Your diets good so is his. So i say maybe buy a suana belt and go mow your yard.

    Have you ever tried tribulus supplements? Also how many calories are you putting down? Over 5k?

    i was/am the same way, i have been tryin to gain weight for 5 years, so i just blamed it on genetics. im 165-170 on a 5'9" frame. So i bought the
    p90x vids (which i couldn't do a single one), but it made me lose. so i just stopped tryin!

    Russian bear is a good weight gainer, i dont use as suggested only use on days i lift. One scoop with 12 ounces or water pre-workout.

    Aminofuel is also good for amino acids before and after.

    Tribuloid is good test booster also on that.

    Hgc(human growth complex) great test booster too.

    Optiman multivitamin

    And dymatize elite protein.

    Op what is your height, weight, and body fat? Any leg shots? You look like a lean 185. Good job and good luck! Im workin for 210 amd 10-12% body fat myself not for show tho just personal goals. Do you sauna belt when you cardio? I have been and sweat amount went up 100% and leaned out fast.
