2 weeks of cardio huh? lol I did a lot of sit ups. My abs got really hard, but what jello I had left covered em if that makes any sense. They were there. Just not skinny enough to make em defined and don't really wanna be. lol

High intensity training combined with strategic dieting are the only way to get awesome abs. It's usually not the ab workouts that get you there. I have a different issue I can work out and eat a ton and hardly even put on any muscle my body doesn't absorbe calories like it should.

Right on. That's what it took for me. I never was into abs untill I started training for this show... I always did bench competitions and powerlifting. I got first place this feb In my weight class for bench press. The owner of the gym finally hounded me enough about doing body building so I finally did lol

Plus Iv always ate healthy and worked out so that's why it only took a couple of weeks to get my abs to be more pronounced
