    Body building show

    So Iv been training for a body building show here in sc. It's this Saturday in Spartanburg sc. Called the Carolina supernatural. I'm pretty pumped about it and I hope all my hard work and trainig pays off and I bring home a trophy . Since I'm only 21 I'll be competing in the jr class and im also doing the novice class. The show is drug tested so no steroids are allowed this is an all natural competition. Wish me lucks guys! Here is a quick pic my girl snapped last night of one of my poses

    Hey question; how did you get all those abs, I just have one lol

    Hahaha ^ I used to never have abs. Hard dieting and an hour of cardio a day and in two weeks It was like a night and day difference!

    2 weeks of cardio huh? lol I did a lot of sit ups. My abs got really hard, but what jello I had left covered em if that makes any sense. They were there. Just not skinny enough to make em defined and don't really wanna be. lol

    High intensity training combined with strategic dieting are the only way to get awesome abs. It's usually not the ab workouts that get you there. I have a different issue I can work out and eat a ton and hardly even put on any muscle my body doesn't absorbe calories like it should.

    As for the OP congrats on the results that takes some serious dedication. Good luck with the comp!

    Right on. That's what it took for me. I never was into abs untill I started training for this show... I always did bench competitions and powerlifting. I got first place this feb In my weight class for bench press. The owner of the gym finally hounded me enough about doing body building so I finally did lol

    Plus Iv always ate healthy and worked out so that's why it only took a couple of weeks to get my abs to be more pronounced

    I am big in to working out and do cardio after every workout 5 days a week. When you say an HR cardio...what are you doing?

    I also eat very good. (green face diet) I know 90% of abs are made in the kitchen and I stick to this! I have the sides of my abs and obliques but have never had the actual rips from single abs show!

    Lol ... Hey since you body build what's a good weight gainer ? I have that Amp from GNC but I'm only a whopping 130 lbs lol I eat like I'm stoned and don't gain crap btw Goodluck

    What kind of foods do you eat right now?

    Do you do cardio? or work out legs?
